SHIPPING POLICY
All personalized jewelry is non refundable so PLEASE double check your spelling and request twice. However, if it is an error I made, (I am definitely not perfect!) or a defective item please contact me and I will replace it at no cost.
If you need to have a defective item or an item I made an error on, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to have replaced.

All other jewelry is non refundable as well. However, I do want you to be satisfied with your product. If at anytime you are unsatisfied I ask that before you give a negative review please give me the opportunity to make it right. I feel customer service is one of the most important aspects of running a business and hope you feel completely satisfied with your experience and jewelry.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are currently shipping in the US only. If you would like for me to ship outside the US please click on the contact us and ask me to provide a shipping cost.
Within the US there is a flat $5.00 shipping fee per order.
